Job Description: Full-Stack Developer (Frappe Framework)

About the role:

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in the Frappe Framework to build, optimize, and manage internal tools and business systems. This role is focused on enhancing operational efficiency across different teams by automating processes, building internal applications, and creating data-driven dashboards.


This role is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of backend development (Python, Frappe) and frontend frameworks (Vue.js) and enjoys working on enterprise-level internal tools.


Key Areas of Impact

  • Enhancing business workflows with custom-built Frappe apps, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Building & managing the existing apps built on Frappe Framework. Predominant imoact will be on internal tools like CRM, cross tools integrations like Clevertap etc.
  • You will have to take full ownership of the projects and have to build systems from 0 → 1 and 1 → 10


Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain internal tools using Frappe Framework.
  • Write backend logic in Python and manage API development
  • Develop frontend components using Vue.js for a modern UI/UX.
  • Work with MongoDB to manage and optimize databases.
  • Deploy, monitor, and scale applications using Frappe Bench & server configurations.
  • Implement authentication, role-based access, and security best practices.
  • Debug and optimize Frappe apps for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational tools and workflows.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using Frappe Framework.
  • Strong proficiency in Python (Frappe, ERPNext) and backend architecture.
  • Experience with Vue.js for frontend development.
  • Expertise in database management (MySQL/MongoDB)
  • Hands-on experience with REST API development, system integrations, and automation.
  • Experience with server management, deployment, Frappe Bench CLI and Frappe Cloud
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
